INTEGRITY
I for one have spent many years thinking that integrity was all about how we treat one another and moral codes and values. The word however also has a second meaning - The Merriam Webster online dictionary states - The quality or state of being complete or undivided. When we seek our own integrity, that is we strive for our own alignment/vortex/good feelings we are more able to offer those behaviours which are commonly associated with the word integrity such as principled, honest, truthful, trustworthy, consistent etc.
If we put our own integrity first the rest falls into place.
When we are unprincipled, dishonest, inconsistent, unkind, mean, nasty etc, it is always because we are out of alignment. When we feel great it is easy to Love and give, when we feel less than great we don't have anything to give.
When we feel less than good it is our own integrity we must seek in order to feel better ourselves and in turn have something to offer the world. The thing that lots of us forget is that if we are feeling powerless then to access feelings of hatred, revenge, and then anger, DO lead us to our own integrity/alignment/vortex. I would not encourage people to act on those feelings, but to access them and feel them until they no longer feel good and then find thoughts that feel a little better from there.
Most of us want people to treat us with integrity. We get what we vibrate so it is in our interest to vibrate integrity, and if this means writing rageful letters (before perhaps burning them!!!) so be it.
People who are in alignment/their Vortex tend to treat people with integrity. People who are out of alignment/their vortex don't/can't. The wonderful thing though about becoming adept concious creators is that we couldn't care a less whether people treated us with integrity or not! We offer the vibration of our choosing, not one in response to what we are currently looking at.
