I have discovered an extremely effective way to get into my vortex - it is to make videos.  I use the software preinstalled on my computer (Windows Movie Maker) and photos I have taken.  I find it takes enough concentration to  stop thinking about what ever it is that's causing me to disallow my stream of wellbeing (therefore I naturally float my cork/leave the tabasco on the shelf/ move up the emotional scale/get sucked back into the vortex.)  On top of that I always use a subject that I Love, and they take me a fair few hours to complete so with that amount of time concentrating on something I Love............I'm guaranteed to feel Great afterwards.

The Sound of my Soul - Soul Sound™Reading by Stewart St John

I made this video to celebrate the launch of my website :)  The effect of listening to my incredible Stewart St John Soul Sound™ Reading over a period of time  has been incredible.  It has enabled me to come into more alignment with the larger part of me and line up with all the resources I needed to create my website which has been in my vortex waiting for me for a very long time!!!!  I release more resistance every time I listen and it is an honour to be associated with something which is so incredibly beautiful.  Stewart has been such an inspiration he is a gift and a blessing to us all.  I cannot recommend getting a Soul Sound™ Reading highly enough.


For maximum enjoyment listen through a good headset so as to recognize the nuances in tone and sound.  The final minute contains tones only audible through head phones.
