RESPONSIBILITY
When we learn to take responsibility for everything we experience we are truly empowered. If something good/wanted happens, we take responsibility and acknowledge "I created that." If something bad/unwanted happens we take responsibility and acknowledge "I created that."
If it's something wanted, we pay attention to it, appreciate it, talk about it, enjoy it, milk it. If it's something unwanted, we acknowledge the experience and how it makes us feel less than good, decide what experience we would prefer as a result, then as quickly as we can, turn our attention to better feeling thoughts.
Better Feeling Thoughts are thoughts that gives us a feeling of relief when we think them. An angry thought feels better than a powerless/depressed thought. A hopeful thought feels better than a bored thought. An appreciative thought feels better than a knowing thought. We can play around with a multitude of different thoughts until we find one that feels just a little better, that gives us that feeling of relief/liberation. From there we can play around again until we find a thought that feels a little better. Once we get to the best feeling thought we can find, we just stick with that until it no longer feels better, then we begin the search again.
When we find other peoples behaviour annoying/frustrating/unwanted, we can look to ourselves to change our own vibration in order to evoke a different behaviour from them. This can be extremely challenging because "what is" can be incredibly compelling, however, if we can spend more time in the feeling place of what is wanted than in the feeling response to what is, our "what is" experience will change.
If we are wanting to change our experience/lives/reality, it is our responsibility to take/make the time and effort to take control of our thoughts,to change our vibration and focus on what we are wanting rather than "what is." No one else can do this for us, wanting someone/something to change to make us feel good is a loosing battle. Either the person would be unable to maintain that change around You if your dominant vibration on that subject has not changed, or if their desire was strong enough to change, but your vibration hadn't shifted, you would create the same problem somewhere else in your life. To change a situation, you must change your vibration.
In order to do this work you must have integrity, first and foremost towards yourself.
